Phosphate coatings are used on steel parts for corrosionresistance, lubricity, or as a foundation for subsequent coatings or painting.[1][2] It serves as a conversion coating in which a dilute solution of phosphoric acid and phosphate salts is applied immersion and chemically reacts with the surface of the part being coated to form a layer of insoluble, crystalline phosphates.[3] Phosphate conversion coatings can also be used on aluminium, zinc, cadmium, silver and tin.

Electro plating is a process in which a layer of zinc is bonded to steel in order to protect against corrosion. The process involves electroplating, running a current of electricity through a saline/zinc solution with a zinc anode and steel conductor.

We have a sophisticated facility of paint booth for coating the metal parts in order prevents the metalto get in contact with H20 molecules, so it doesn't rust anymore. Of course, if the paintchips the metalwill rust on that spot

Powder Coating
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder, The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin" .It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals parts.
